Booking Conditions

§1.1 Booking conditions for direct bookings with Alpin Hotel bichl761

Overnight stay including breakfast:
Free rebooking or cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After that, cancellations/rebookings will incur a fee of 80% of the total price (except in the case of subletting). In the case of a short-term cancellation (less than 3 days before arrival) or in the case of ''no-show'' the full amount will be charged. Please note the deposit deadline below.

Flexi-Guarantee:
(1) By booking the Flexi-Guarantee, the guest acquires the one-time right to cancel or rebook the booked stay without giving reasons up to 3 days before arrival (registration by 10:00 a.m.). After that, cancellations / rebookings will incur fees of 80% of the total travel price (except in the case of subletting). If you don't show up, the full amount will be charged.
(2) The Flexi-Guarantee can only be made by direct booking (online booking on the website www.bichl761.de or by telephone) in the hotel and at the same time as booking an overnight stay in the Hotel bichl 761. It is not possible to book the Flexi-guarantee later.
(3) The Flexi-Guarantee fee is calculated in advance by bank transfer to our account (see bank details below). The fee is a risk premium that is non-refundable under any circumstances.
(4) Please also note the deposit deadline listed below.

Deposits:
• For bookings of overnight stays including breakfast: A deposit of 50% of the travel price is due immediately after booking.
• For bookings with a flexi guarantee: A deposit of 30% of the travel price + the fee for the flexi guarantee is due immediately after booking.)
Down payments are credited to the total price. The remaining amount will be paid on site. If canceled in due time, the deposit will be refunded. Please let us know your bank details.

Note:
If the deposit is not received within the specified period, we reserve the right to sublet the room. There will be no separate request for payment of the deposit after receiving the booking confirmation.

For short-term bookings - if there are less than 7 days between date of booking date and the travel date - the full price is to be paid in cash or by EC card at the hotel. A deposit is not necessary in this case.

For long-term bookings - if the booking date and the travel date are more than half a year in advance - the deposit must be paid up to 3 months before the start of the trip.

Payments by credit card: If you would like to pay the booking amount by credit card (e.g. in the case of a travel cancellation insurance included there), please contact us separately by email or telephone.

*Note on bookings with children *:
Please make sure that the age of the children is correct, as there are staggered prices for the overnight stay and the resort fee according to age. Otherwise there may be additional bills on arrival. (Health resort contribution & overnight accommodation).

§1.2 Booking conditions via external providers or platforms
Please note that for bookings not made directly through bichl 761 but through other platforms such as booking.com, airbnb, their booking conditions apply (and not ours listed under §1.1).

§2 General Booking Conditions

General Booking Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry, according to DEHOGA (German Hotel and Restaurant Association)

1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been booked (booking) and confirmed (confirmation). The oral and written form is binding for the confirmation.
2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration of the agreement.
3. The landlord is obligated to pay compensation to the guest in the case of non-provision of the room.
4. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price, in the case of not using the contractual services, under deduction of the expenses saved by the landlord. The savings are calculated according to the general experience: For accommodation (Fewo) 10 percent, for bed & breakfast 20 percent of the room price, 30 percent for half board, and 40 percent of the boarding price for full board.
5. The landlord is held in good faith, to let unused rooms otherwise in order to avoid financial loss.
6. The guest must pay the amount calculated under clause 4 for the duration of the contract until the room has been assigned to another party.
7. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the operating location.
