With AWC you can take advantage of numerous benefits such as free parking or admission discounts. Important: On the day of your departure, the card is to be returned to the reception by 10 a.m. In case of loss or damage a €10 fee will be charged.

Depending on the booking rate, a deposit of the travel price is due immediately. No request for further payment will be sent. After receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation-mail.This can take up to a week as it is not an automated process.

Check-IN: Mon-Fri: 3:00-7:00 p.m & Sun: 3:00-6:00 p.m. later arrivals can be arranged outside these times using our key box.

Check-OUT: Mon-Sun: 8:30-10:30 a.m. Later check-out arrangements are also possible(directly at arrival or at breakfast)

Daily use of infrared cabin, relaxation room & sunbathing lawn between 1:30-8:30 p.m.
Sauna times:
- Summer: 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- Winter: 3:30-7:30 p.m.
Towels available in the relaxation room - bathrobes are available for a rental fee of €5.00.

Your sports equipment will be safely stored in our lockable garage specifically for bikes, skis and snowboards. There you will find a small workshop with tools and a suitable place to clean your bike. Open from 8.00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

There is a self-service beverage refrigerator next to the reception stocked with lager beer, wheat beer, wine, sparkling wine, prosecco and soft drinks.
Coffee, tea & water are available in the breakfast room until 7:30 p.m

Please note that we do NOT accept dogs in the hotel. As a dog-free hotel, allergy sufferers can look forward to a carefree holiday. Hard floors are laid in all rooms and we are happy to provide feather-free bed linen.

Rest periods: To ensure that all guests get their well-deserved sleep, we kindly ask you to use our elevator between 10:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.

There is a bell for emergencies to the right of the entrance door. The telephone is not busy.

We have 16 parking spaces at the hotel.
Further parking possibility is free with your guest card at ''Am Eisplatz'' in Fischen Au.
E-car charging station: As long as you are charging your car, you are allowed to park at ''Am Eisplatz'' for free.

Open daily from 8:00-11:00 a.m | afternoons from 3:00-7:00 p.m.
We are a family-run house and can therefore only be reached by telephone on days without arrival.
